What types of yoga classes does Yoga TSW offer?

We offer a variety of yoga classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Restorative yoga.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

We provide yoga mats for all of our classes, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

What should I wear to a yoga class?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as leggings or athletic shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.
